Is this a physical product?
No — this is a digital download. You won't receive anything in the mail. After purchase, you'll get an instant download link to print at home or at your local print shop.

How do I receive my file after purchase?
As soon as your payment goes through, you'll get an email with a download link. Some browsers or email providers may send it to spam, so check there if you don't see it right away.

What file format will I receive?
You'll receive a high-resolution PDF, ready to print. 

Can I edit the text before printing?
These templates come exactly as shown.

What paper should I use to print?
We recommend cardstock (65–110 lb) for a sturdier, more polished feel — especially if you're planning to fold or glue anything into the pages. Regular printer paper works too, just note it'll be thinner.

Can I print more than once?
Yes — once purchased, the file is yours to print as many times as you'd like, for personal use.

Do I need special software to open the file?
No — it's a standard PDF, so it'll open with any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, or even most web browsers).

What if I don't receive my download link?
Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's still not there, reach out through our contact form and we'll resend it right away.

Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we're unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If something's genuinely wrong with your file (corrupted, wrong product, etc.), contact us and we'll make it right.

Do you offer custom designs outside of what's listed?

Is this file editable in Canva or another design tool?
The file is not editable, but please contact us if you'd like a custom design.
